The room was bright, luxurious and included central heating, tea/coffee making equipment and a work desk. Polite staff, the atmosphere was quiet, we had fantastic stay. The English breakfast had plenty of delicacies and was sensational!

Proper hotel built in Venetian style, charming location. The staff did all they can for an outstanding stay. Super bathrooms with a separate shower. A stunning beach, luxurious view. Impeccably clean venue and really great service.

Room was welcoming, and breakfast is satisfactory. I slept so comfy in the very comfy bed. The location was PARTICULARLY GOOD, walking distance to all interests. I was surprised at nearby sticky bits cafe, they had some goodies, drinks. Friendly service here. I had a really comfortable experience.

Beautiful old place to stay while in Carlisle. Great place to stay, neat, everything was perfect. The rooms were exceptionally clean with good decor, a great breakfast-bike storage. Welcoming service provided there too.
